Smoking isnt simply about putting a cigarette between your lips and lighting upits about a relationship, a dependency, and a way of taking comfort in something unhealthy. Stress is a killer, the medical profession has known that for years, but telling yourself to relax doesnt always do the trick. Maybe we were not designed for the busy, stressful lives that most of us lead. It could have been easier for Neanderthal man to just go out hunting.
